WHO IS MALJAX?

MALJAX was founded in Fall 2025 at the University of Central Florida. The name is an abbreviation of all the team members' first initials (and it ended up sounding pretty cool!). Our team consists of 2 game design students and 4 web design students, demonstrating a unique dynamic. At MALJAX, we wanted to create something that unites both our skill sets, so we initially settled on a marketing website for a game prototype, Bug Out!. Fortunately, our silly little idea quickly grew in popularity among our peers, motivating us to strive for the full development and success of the game.

Bug Out represents our team's passion for the cozy-game genre and serves as a memorabilia for all of our hard work. We started as complete strangers, coincidentally enrolled in the same Project Management course, but grew to become a proud, unwavering team. We sincerely thank you for your support in this journey of bringing our idea to life!
